Returns and Refunds:

The information on this page is to outline our refund policies in the event that you would ever be disappointed in a seminar or a product ordered from Arne Electro-Tech


Seminars:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of experience in one of our seminars, please be sure to let us know at the time of the seminar. If you do not contact us until after the seminar date, no refund will be allowed.

We will do what we can to accommodate your needs. A refund may be made based on the percentage of the seminar you have attended and continuing credit hours issued to you. If you withdraw from a seminar during the first one fourth of the scheduled hours of the seminar a full refund will be issued, less the cost of expended materials and books. No state continuing education credit would be issued in the event of such a refund.

Our many satisfied customers over the years have been our best source of advertising.

Books and products:

If you order books or other products from a link on one of our sites to another vendor (such as Amazon.com), their return or exchange policy must be adhered to, and you will need to deal with them in all transactions.

Products ordered from Arne Electro Tech, including products we sell from Mike Holt Enterprises can be returned within (10) business days for a complete refund if you are not 100% satisfied. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the order within 7 to 14 business days  of  receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return  is a result of our error.

Please be sure to include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address that we will provide for you. Please contact us in advance for return authorization and shipping instructions.

* Special Note for DVD and CD-ROM Purchases
Unopened, sealed DVD's or CD's may be returned within 10 days for a refund. Opened items may not be returned unless they are defective in which case they will be replaced with the same item free of any charges.

No returns will be allowed on any items that we special ordered for you, or on close-out items.

Over the course of time, if we ever have a product offered for sale that has a unique return policy that differs from the above statement, the return policy for that item will be noted with the product description.

Video tapes, CDs, DVDs and electronic data products:

Unfortunately, it is difficult to accept returns of video tapes once they have been viewed. If you are dissatisfied with a video produced by Arne Electro-Tech, please contact us within a week of receiving the order. We will do what we can to resolve the situation, and a refund may be granted in cases where we can be assured that the video tape has not been copied.

Any video tapes, CDs or DVDs or electronic data products that we might offer for resale over the course of time that are produced by someone other than Arne Electro-Tech will be subject to the return policies of the supplier of that  product.

Mike Holt products DVD/CD Return Policy: Unopened sealed DVD's or CD's may be returned within 10 days and we will credit your credit card or issue a refund for the price of the item(s). Opened items may not be returned unless they arrive defective in which case they will be replaced with the same item free of any charges

Shipping:

When ordering a product that will be shipped to you, please allow five to ten business days for delivery within the United States. If we are out of stock on an item, we will contact you if the delivery is expected to take longer than ten days.

If you have a need which makes delivery time critical, please let us know. We can make arrangements to ship using higher priority shipping methods at a small additional charge.

At this time, we are able to ship ONLY within the continental United States for orders placed through this online bookstore.  If you wish to order from outside the continental United States, please contact us by email and let us know what you wish to order and your exact shipping address desired. We will contact you regarding terms of payment (usually cashier's check) and charges for shipping  if it is possible to fill your order.
